As the Director of Marketing & Special Events at Fun Fore All Family Fun Park, I spearheaded the development of the park's inaugural brand strategy. This involved leading a team in a comprehensive rebranding effort encompassing content creation, video production, graphic design, social media management, strategic partnerships, website development, and SEO/SMO optimization to establish the park as the leading family entertainment destination in the Pittsburgh region.
SOME SUCCESSES INCLUDE:
• Developed and executed annual marketing plans and budgets, resulting in a 39% increase in revenue during my tenure.
• Successfully conceived, developed, and implemented numerous events and promotions, including the highly successful Holiday Lights Mini Golf event. This initiative significantly boosted revenue during the traditionally slow November and December months, achieving record-breaking performance. The event consistently ranked among the top holiday attractions in the greater Pittsburgh area throughout its duration under my direction.
• Leveraged cost-effective marketing channels, including the park's social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns, to disseminate engaging content and drive sales. This strategy resulted in a 121% increase in revenue for the annual Half-Off Sale during my tenure.
