OHIO VALLEY TONITE WITH NATHAN MARSHALL
Ohio Valley Tonite with Nathan Marshall was an idea I proposed to WTRF-7 News in Wheeling, WV. The idea was to create a talk show based out of Brooke High School in Wellsburg, WV and have weekly interview segments with local and national talent. The show lasted three plus seasons and exceeded everyone's expectations (except mine) in every way possible. Together we contacted guests, designed and built the set, advertised, filmed, produced, and edited each segment. Some of Ohio Valley Tonite's guests included Katie Ohh (winner of NBC's And the Winner Is...), Lynn Swann, West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin, Buffo the World's strongest Clown, Jim Avett (father of legendary indie folk rock band the Avett Brothers), Oliver Luck (WVU Athletic Director, former NFL quarterback, father of current NFL quarterback Oliver Luck), Dr. Edith Eva Eger (Holocaust survivor, known as the Anne Frank who lived), Mikey Dougherty (radio DJ from Pittsburgh's Mikey & Big Bob), etc.
